RETURN CONDITIONS
Return conditions
At Forklift Occasion, we strive for satisfied customers and clear agreements. As we mainly sell used machines and business products, specific return conditions apply.
Business purchases
Our products are sold primarily to businesses. Business purchases are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal as with consumer sales.
Returns of business purchases are only possible with the prior written approval of Forklift Occasion.
Used machines
Used forklifts, reach trucks, pallet trucks and other machines are sold as described and/or inspected. We always advise to inspect machines in advance or contact us for additional information.
Return of used machines is possible only if otherwise agreed in writing.
Parts and Accessories
Partsandaccessoriesmay,ifunusedandinoriginalstate,benotifiedwithin 14 daysof deliveryfor return. Returns will only be accepted after approval.
Any shipping costs for return shipments shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Return exceptions
Return is not possible with:
- Special-order products
- Customized products
- Used products with signs of use after delivery
- Products damaged by improper use
- Business purchases without prior approval
Damaged or misdelivered
Check delivery immediately upon receipt. Report shipping damage or misdelivered productswithin 48 hours of receipt.
